- Analyse client business processes and requirements in the payroll domain
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations
- Configure payroll schemas, rules and pay types in SAP
- Execute testing and prepare functional documentation
- Train end users and support clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams on technical specifications
- Monitor payroll legislation changes and implement updates
- Use AI tools for data analysis and configuration optimisation
- Bachelor degree or higher (IT, economics, mathematics or related fields)
- Understanding of HR processes and payroll fundamentals
- Analytical thinking, accuracy and accountability
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors

We are expanding our commercial presence for specialised enterprise solutions: SAP SuccessFactors, AI implementations and integrations. We are looking for someone who enjoys opening new opportunities and making those first connections. Your job is to get the right people to the table; from there, our sales team and consultants take over. A high-autonomy role focused on finding and booking the right opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, and make first contact
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Book introductory meetings with senior decision-makers (HR, IT, management)
- Hand qualified opportunities over to the sales team and consultants, ensuring a smooth transition
- Follow up on and reactivate contacts that are not yet ready
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- B2B sales or business development experience (preference: IT, software or consulting)
- Confidence making contact with C-level and senior decision-makers
- A proactive, persistent approach to cold outreach
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
- Experience selling enterprise IT solutions or software
- Familiarity with HR processes or HR information systems
- An existing network within European organisations

Our solutions are built on SAP SuccessFactors and extended with custom integrations, cloud applications and AI solutions. We are looking for a developer who enjoys integration challenges and wants to work on real international projects with direct influence on architectural decisions.
- Build API integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party systems
- Develop cloud-based integration services and microservices
- Work with REST APIs, OAuth, JSON and modern integration patterns
- Develop automation and integrations on SAP Integration Suite / CPI or similar middleware
- Experiment with AI solutions and prototypes (LLM, process automation)
- Collaborate with experienced consultants and architects on international projects
- Experience with API integrations (REST)
- Experience with integration or middleware projects
- Programming experience in at least one language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js or similar)
- Understanding of cloud architectures
